Have you EVER actually used content control devices on your kids?

Playboy Plans to Educate Parents on Content Blocking.

In an effort to help parents protect their children from viewing adult content, Playboy CEO Christie Hefner will launch an educational campaign aimed at teaching parents how to use content-control devices and ratings guidelines.

O.K. So how is Playboy going to reach all these parents that don't read or view Playboy? Another crossover attempt with subtle underlying advertising to the parents or will this be any different than other content control devices?

By the way the question was Have you ever used one of these devices?

Nope, never. I watch my kids when they're online. I keep the computer in the livingroom where I can monitor everything.

i doubt many "regular" people use them, that's why IE/Firefox needs a quick and easy to use password protected on/off filter, similar to the popup blocker.
