Most admins I know charge more than $55 per hour, letalone per month. If that guy really knows his stuff, good on him; hopefully he learns how to price himself, and gets a few more bucks in his pocket.

I charge quite a bit more than that for urgent work, have for years. That being said , DS seems to know his shit.
