Yes he does, the deal we made was that as soon Alienq paid him then he could pay me. He also stated that at any time if Alienq decided he didn't want to pay him, then he would be unable to pay me. I'm eagerly awaiting the launch of your project so that I can be paid.

It's obvious you have convinced yourself that your way of doing things is right. (check your bank account and how many negative responses you have here, you might want to change the way you do things, it can't hurt).

He didn't make the clip so you could give him free exposure or not. That was not part of the deal from everything i have read here. You would paid him for making the clip, he made it, you strung him alone because you are broke and now you dont want to pay him because he spoke up about it.

I would only hope that if anyone is stupid enough to do business with you they demand the same terms that you do business with others, like jonesy.
