I went to the "web portal" found a program offered by them with this warning

"You could have downloaded and installed one of our many software applications. In the terms and conditions of any of our software products it is clearly stated that we grant you a free license to use the software and by installing the software on your computer you agree to use our search services in your web browser. Any and all changes made to your system are clearly stated in the terms and conditions and are fully uninstallable via the 'Help' then 'uninstall' option on any of our software applications. Additionally a separate uninstall program may be "

I run it and it fixed the problem cosemetically but just added more spyware bullshit, which i killed with adaware, fucking amazing how some people do business

I had the same problem with the same software. But there's a LOT worse than that. I am currently trying to get rid of a similar setup whereby a popup pops every (approx) 12 hrs to this url

(DO NOT GO THERE!!!!):

http://66.28.75.65/spinoff/fl/de_rot...re2/index.html

9 times of 10, the popup freezes my whole browser, and I have to ctrl-alt-del. I have written to [email protected] and I hope to GOD that they can help me out. My 3 year old son sometimes sits in front of my PC. It's illegal to expose underage kids to porn, so I could become a CRIMINAL!!! Ouch!!

Ad-aware seems to remove it all and safely. It found 26 spyware packages when I last ran it and unistalled them all safely. I've tried others in the past and some have even wiped my O/S. This seems to work though.
