Not sure what you do or do not know about me other than I can be a real asshole but I am also a content producer. I take checks, wires, and Credit Cards through my own merchant account. This is how most clients pay. I've yet to ever have a client even ask if I accept ePassporte.

His documents are satisfactory. they include the model release, the id's of the models, etc ...
Again, if a set or two or three are not 100% satisfactory, you just write them off ....

I will not send you a set, because I don't have the rights to send you one ... The asking of that is quite amazing by itself and again proves that handing over the documents to third parties is a big mistake.

On the other hand, if you think he is not compliant, then just don't buy it...
