True but here's the thing. The guy has now proven that he is a liar by claiming to be compliant and then asking for a 20% handicap. I don't trust him and I don't risk my accounts by running transactions through them which are against the TOS of the company. That's the difference between somebody who follows the rules...me..and somebody who does now....Him.
