Former Ibill customers... Be careful.

Ibill exported all subscription information to Etelegate.com. It seems they re-enabled expired subscriptions, some are rebilled twice after re-enabling (with addition of $1.99 service fee). They charge $15 for a refund and $50 for a chargeback.

Your expired customers might be paying to Etelegate (under your mechant account, of course)

Is there a word that adequately describes 'WAY BEYOND FUCKED UP!'?

So the moment these dead subscripts are re-activated and customers get their statements, they'll be hot on the phones for refunds and charging them back.

Just fucking lovely...

Amazing how they find new inventive ways of making things even worse on a daily basis.

It seems They probably didn't activate expired subscriptions. I thought so because admin screen says "Rebill cancelled..." and later "rebill re-enabled...". But there might have activated recently cancelled subscriptions. It's too complicated.

They show up as a new name in credit card statements, and $1.99 is added to fees, this will confuse current/previous customers.

I noticed that Etelegate has terminated about 80% of ex-Ibill rebills, on the contrary.

Anyway, has anyone got the Apr. 15 payout from Ibill or Etelegate or whoever?

I had about 200 active rebills at IBILL, but since they moved it to Etelegate, I now have 450 active rebills. Whats more, it shows that I made over $100K with Etelegate since Jan 1. I only made about $7K with IBILL in that time period, thought they never paid me half of that. So where they fuck did they come up with the $100K figure? And how did my rebills doubled over night even tought I havent sent any new members in over a year? If Etelegate is not a part of IBILL, for sure they will sink with them real soon.

FUCK YOU IBILL, YOU LOW LIFES MOTHERFUCKERS

Don't take much guessing why your rebills just went up There's a need for some cashflow and a "clerical error" is the excuse.

BTW.. Etelegate is controlled by "close friends" of iBill and IBD management. Can't confirm yet, but chances are they own the whole biz.

It's a kind of quarter-of-an-arm's length deal.

It's funny to see how we are all scared about 2257, releases, visa regulations and model ID's. We want to be in order with laws. But if you steal millions from webmasters and customers like Ibill ... it happen nothing at all !!! Is law in USA just a big joke ?

I don't run paysites - never have but from what I can ascertain - IBlows owes alot of webmasters money.

Do you think they're doing this so that customers DO chargeback so they can eat away (in chargeback fees) the money owed to the webmasters or am I just offbase in my thinking?

Lets forget the money we are owed by IBILL and now ETELEGATE. Its time we deny access to anyone who joined our site using the above. Just delete the IBILL .htaccess located on your server, and all the users who paid to get in thru IBILL and ETELEGATE will be asking for refunds and charge backs. This way, those assholes will lose their merchant accounts and get nothing, just like we are getting nothing. Do it today, I did. When my members tell me they cant login, I simply tell them to call their banks and get their money back since I didnt get it.

Watch out !!! if they are charging $50 to YOU for a charge back if you say have 20 remaining rebills in a month at say $30 each thats: $600 however if say 15 of them chargeback ( - $750 ) all of a sudden this new compnay is instructing YOUR bank to PAY THEM $150 out of your account !! and dont say it cant happen cause direct debits run BOTH WAYS very easily.

You have been warned.
