like if i was a "plumber" and wanted to open up a plumbing store called "thuhun" so i paid "thehun" to get his permission to use his name for my plumbing store as longas i didnt open anythinbg related to XXX , then i turned around and opened a website called THEHUN , dont you think thehun has a right to be pissed

I don't think they should be allowed to use generic words that way in the first place. If you use a generic word for your company, you should be forced to waive the right to sue another company later who wants to use a generic word too. Maybe that's a little more extreme, but you get the idea.

Like if they want to call their company 'Company', they have to deal with it all the others who use it too.
