Try serverprovider.com

Not the most expensive, not the cheapest. It is managed. I use them. On the move, they took care of the transfer and all. I had some tweaks (expected) to take care of. As a whole, I'm happy with price and service.

Problems, I just pickup the phone. They seem to know most of the players too,

I think they are worth talking too. Don't judge them just by their web site.
