SHould we tip Fedex/UPS/DHL delivery guys?
They're always lugging around heavy ass boxes and such, and ime have always been rather friendly. Come to think of it, never met anyone who was rude to me. Should we tip them? Or do people already and I just look like an asshole?

				 | Nah. the delivery guys get paid pretty well, have great benefits and use a company supplied vehicle. as opposed to pizza guys that get paid dirt and put a lot of stress on their own personal cars |

				 | If my UPS guy would even just ring the doorbell, I would tip him. But he never does, he just leaves the packages and splits, never even attempts to knock.

				 | SHould we tip Fedex/UPS/DHL delivery guys? Um... no. "The average UPS driver?s annual salary of $55,000 can rise to $70,000 with overtime. A driver like Carrasco, with more than 15 years on the job earns five weeks vacation, in addition to paid sick days and holidays." |

				 | I used to tip (pizza delivery, waitresses)...but never ups or fedex drivers. I've always known they make a fairly decent income as is. These days I seldom tip anybody - unldss the service is exceptional or someone's gone above-and-beyond to provide excellent service. I don't view it as my responsibility to subsidize someone else's career choice (or lack thereof). |

				 | I tip many service people, regardless of how much I perceive they make. The UPS guy, DHL, FedEx.... no tip for them, I dont deal with em on a large enough basis. Now if I were a big EBayer and had a daily pickup... bet your ass I would tip
