That is still the majority technically but I get what you are saying. Those ratios only matter to those that think about racially motivated "power" or the nicer word, influince, but it is not all cut and dry like that though, not completely. Socio economics is more at play than pure color driven numbers, white democrats exist just like non white republicans.

In all honesty it does not matter that much, the minority can lead the majority just as easily as the mob can rule, it is all in who controls the power and how well they keep it. I do not think you will see huge changes honestly.
