Colon and Intestines Are Clogged - How Do You Flush Yourself Out?

I just feel a little backed up. I've been eating beans and veggies for a couple days but I still feel clogged. I've got some gas that will literally blow you away though.

Any suggestions to cleaning and flushing the colon and intestinal track?

Most gastroenterologists would deem the method I outlined above as satisfactory (I've had the unfortunate experience of undergoing a colonoscopy).

Drink 2 litres of prune juice and eat 3 bananas.

Go for a LONG walk (an hour or so) and drink at least 2 litrese of water during.

Have a REALLY hot shower.

Lie down and palpate your stomach and lower abdomen with your fingers like a hard massage.

Kick back on the lounge and sip unsweetened green tea (hot or cold) constantly while watching some TV or whatever while nature does it's work (NOTE: MUST be lying prone, legs straight out).

Usually takes about 1-2 hours after you lie down (amongst a couple of pissing and farting false starts) and your prayers will be answered.

Eat some bran and drink alot of water. You should be okay in a day or two if you're just backed up. However depending on your age you should check with your dr. about having a colonoscopy

Prune juice is a natural laxative...use it...drink warm to hot water..and lots of it....eat foods that are known to unlock the intestines...GI foods....Constipation foods....things like that...oatmeal is a great way to give yourself fiber......lie down on your left side, and pull your right knee up...

Don't overdo on any treatment because you can really fuck up your intestines....if you start now, it might work by tomorrow....don't rush it...

How do you know the body doesn't need these "parasites" to properly function and you aren't just expelling stuff that you actually need? And why don't more doctors recommend these "treatments" more often if everyone is walking around with these horrible parasites in their body?

There is bacteria in your system that you need.....to promote a healthy environment for breaking down toxins and expelling them from your body. To think we need to cleanse to the degree these products propose, is preposterous.

If you fuel your body with the proper nutrients, then it's all systems go...and I do mean 'go'....

That means plenty of fluids, no quick fixes....and fibre...lots of it but not overkill....

Processed foods are the biggest culprits for causing sluggish intestinal motility and constipation and blockages and obstructions....
