It will really depend on the finished product of the content and how you present it. I don't think anyone can really tell you if you'll make your money back just by reading about "really hot chicks"... A lot of the content part has to do with the attitude/personality of the girl, whether or not she can communicate the fantasy that your surfers will want to buy into effectively. That can mean different things to different people depending on the niche.

models go for about 50 to 100 solo and negotiate for sex scenes are slightly above that. amateur videos are hot now so leave the best work to the professionals who have well known names that can fetch up to (maybe) that price.

spend 400 on her and some extra for outfits etc. but use the other few grand to market your product and come up with a decent trail that companies will buy.. and besides.. how much do you think that companies will buy a movie for? exclusive or non-exclusive? reallly have to do more research than just throw out a figure like that.
