I think I'd at least watch the movie once it hits the HBO-like premium channels in a year, or however long that takes. I wouldn't rent the DVD, but I'd be curious to see it some day, and expect to regard it with about the same plausibility as the 1937 Reefer Madness propeganda film, which I think was a work of pure evil genius honestly.

Do you realize how many hundreds of films have been made based on actual events where the director infuses his own speculative version of events into the film? Obviously nobody knows exactly what happened in the plane, its just a movie.
