Google Adsense sites for sale!
hi folks
these are the last of my sites up for sale! Four sites up for sale! Yo The sites: www.moneymakingriches.com PR1 (make offer) www.debt-mortgages-loans-credit.com PR2 (make offer) www.selfimprovementinfo.info PR1 (make offer) www.fitness-diet-health.com PR1 (make offer) also a url for sale: selfimprovementinfo.net All unique sites i.e. not a templete, you wont find these sites anywhere else! Age of sites (months): about 12 months. Monthly revenue: Not sure on monthly revenue but the sites have made a combined total of $370+ from adsense with no promotion. Revenue details: Site's like these pull in high paying keywords! Its a well know fact health, fitness, finance, self improvement and money making are the highest paying advertisers! The site can easly make money through Google Adsense ads, selling AdBrite ad space (sites like these with 10,000 hits a week are selling ads for $300+ a week!), selling banners/links, affiliate sales (Amazon, WilliamHill etc), feeding traffic to your other sites etc etc..... Average unique visitors a day: 10 and 30 each (again, i've hardly done anything to promote this site!) Bookmarks: betwen 25 and 55 people have bookmarked these sites. Traffic details: 100% of our traffic is totally free.The site has never been submitted to anywhere, not even one link exchange. Only cross links between the sites! There is lots of places where you can submit this site to including directories, link exchanges etc.. Our only traffic is from sigs in a forum (only for two moths) and word of mouth. Description: Each site has about 200 and three hundred articals. And GoogleAdsense code embedded through out the entire site! However, you can add up to three blocks of adsense ads on each page, thus making you more money! The sites are based on: www.moneymakingriches.com: money making, affiliate marketing, promoting online, seo and setting up a home business! www.debt-mortgages-loans-credit.com: debt managment, loans, mortgages and credit! www.selfimprovementinfo.info: Psychology, Health and Motivation. www.fitness-diet-health.com: fitmess, health and diet other details: money site: PR1 indexed google pages 649 indexed yahoo pages 435 Uniques per day 10-15 bookmarks 42. debt: PR2 indexed google pages 800 indexed yahoo pages 101 Uniques per day 10-20 bookmarks 18 self: PR1 indexed google pages 884 indexed yahoo pages 801 Uniques per day 10-15 bookmarks 53 fitness: PR1 indexed google pages 858 indexed yahoo pages 793 Uniques per day 10-15 bookmarks 24 Great for adsense and other affiliates programs like FriendFinder. search for adsense. u can get it for around 5bux.

$500 is peanuts This is a GREAT way for an adult webmaster to venture into mainstream without a huge investment. Even if the sites pulled in 0$ right now it would still be a good deal , and whoever said you cant sell a site for its avg yearly income is crazy.. I wouldnt buy these and expect a goldmine , its like buying a frame of a car.. you have to pimp the ride out.. but its DEF worth what he is asking.
