This is a GREAT way for an adult webmaster to venture into mainstream without a huge investment.

Even if the sites pulled in 0$ right now it would still be a good deal , and whoever said you cant sell a site for its avg yearly income is crazy..

I wouldnt buy these and expect a goldmine , its like buying a frame of a car.. you have to pimp the ride out.. but its DEF worth what he is asking.
