routing certain isp traffic, to certain sponsors?

i know how to deny certain ip's & re-direct them via htaccess

what i don't know, is how to send say....aol.com traffic (people using aol as an isp) to a certain sponsor, should they load one of my domains

i.e.

send compuserve users to nastydollars, send aol users to platinumbucks etc.

anyone got anything like this pre-written?

not too hard, just make a DB of AOL's customer ip addresses or just detect their user-agent.

AOL is very easy.. put this in your .htaccess

Code:
RewriteEngine On
RewriteCond %{HTTP_USER_AGENT} aol
RewriteRule ^.*$ http://www.new-url.com [L,R]

oh.. you should probably add [NC] after the aol part so it is not case sensitive

Yea i don't even need to route by country.

I just know the intelligence level/site preference is different between isp's in some ways, i guess that you could use htaccess to route hostnames like earthlink, aol, etc. i guess i'll figure it out
