Did anyone else not get their TCG Epassporte payment yesterday?

I'm guessing the password changes affected business clients too? I could be wrong though...

I haven't received mine yet either. I imagine it was due to the epassporte issues as WG mentioned.

I don't see anyone online now to ask.

As ePass users, aren't these problems extremely frustrating to you? I won't even use ePass due to all of the problems I read about on a weekly basis. GFY should be renamed to the ePassporte Support Center. I recently had 2 non-adult people sign up with ePass because they needed to receive payments from adult people or companies. I'm going to look into alternative solutions for them, what are they going to do when they have problems and ePass isn't answering the phone or responding to email with actual helpful information? Are people that don't know Keyser Soze just plain screwed?

Yeah I didn't get my payment yesterday either. Overall I like Epassporte, but they need to do something to fix the problems. I had not had any problems with them until yesterday.

I'd rather have all of these epassporte problems then pay hundreds of dollars in wire fees and/or have to go put checks in at the bank.
