As ePass users, aren't these problems extremely frustrating to you? I won't even use ePass due to all of the problems I read about on a weekly basis. GFY should be renamed to the ePassporte Support Center. I recently had 2 non-adult people sign up with ePass because they needed to receive payments from adult people or companies. I'm going to look into alternative solutions for them, what are they going to do when they have problems and ePass isn't answering the phone or responding to email with actual helpful information? Are people that don't know Keyser Soze just plain screwed?
