We, the USA, provide aide to the Palestians, every year and always have. It is my understanding that this is an additional 50 million to help compensate for the destruction Israel just caused them. We have given an additional 200 million (on top of the annual 2.8 billion we give them each year) to Israel to help re-stock the munitions that were expended that caused the destruction.
