Affiliate rights and laws?
Is there any regulation or international laws for affiliates that earn a commission promoting a program, not only in adult, but others like casinos, or sell of any kind of services online.
Are there any regulations talking about our rights? Is it legal to not have a work contract? I know each country has dif. laws. but what are the most common laws about this? Or are we just living in a jungle? |

In the US you are usually considered an independent contractor and get the normal legal status.

If you are an affiliate of a program and live in the US, do you need to have a contract with the sponsor you are promoting??
or are there no rules about this yet? |
