Damn, We just got the sad news that bjjb passed away from us yesterday. His heart suddenly stopped beating. Our thoughts are with his family, they have to know bill was a great guy with tons off friends all over the world. We all remember him very well and know he's in a better place now.

With the nausea it sounds like he had a stroke. Even a small blood clot can do you in if it breaks loose and gets into your heart or brain.

Its really important as you get older to "Listen" to your body.

When you're in your 40's and you get sudden nausea and dizzyness, you should get to an ER pronto.

Your body is talking to you and saying something is wrong.

So many people ignore the warnings and just drop.

Also once you get in your 40's if you're heavy you should get on 160mg's of aspirin daily to keep your blood thin. It used to be 1 80mg recommended. Recent research has indicated 2 80's are showing better results.

Also monitor your blood pressure on a regular basis.
