Sad to hear. I have a medical background and the symptoms he's describing sounds related to bradycardia or 'very slow heart rate'. Can be brought on suddenly due to so many possible underlying reasons and progress into cardiac arrest. I think the nausia he was feeling might have been more appropriately described as lightheadedness or dizzyness and should have been evaluated immediately.
