We can start this on April 25th or May 1st depending on our schedules it will last 30 days from the day I add your sig. Start date is open just coordinate with me so I'm in town to devote my full attention to this .

I'm not greedy and if someone's gonna bid more they would no matter what the date is. You either have the money or you don't.
