go to nocardsnetwork.com; their sites detect the language of the user and serves the content/site in that language. they convert good in germany, switzerland and austria - which is the german speaking market. they have live feeds with girls who can chat in german...

I hear German traffic converts well with dialers, since lots of Germans use modems still. A little behind on the tech you know...
Try any dialer with good payouts for german minutes, possibly with German live chats as the other guy mentioned.
