100% legal in Costa Rica. Thats where we are located and operate from.

Several USA based affiliates promote sportsbooks all of the time without any problems. If you where to look at the affiliate base for Sportsbook.com, Bodog.com, etc. You would find that over 60% of their affiliate base are USA based.

If you require off-shore custom solutions for promoting - I'm more than happy to set that up

According to the recent wired.com story it is a no no and they plan on cracking down on affiliates.

Try promoting sportsbooks - its a totally different business model than casino / poker. Our payout portfolio takes longer to build up - but is much larger in the $dollar$ amounts.

Now is prime season for Baseball and World Cup.
Get things going now for the summer season and be prepared for fall football!!

Ok - Great feedback.
Quick response: It's all about $$$$

FYI - here is the article: http://www.wired.com/news/politics/0,70660-0.html

Our response and the response of several sportsbooks / gambling affiliate programs that we have talked with.

They will go after the payment solutions first before going after the advertising or affiliate base. Are there exceptions to this? YES - the big advertising fish like Google, Yahoo, Sporting News - etc.. in the end its ALL about money.

There have been non-stop attacks on the payment processors - Visa, Mastercard, etc... Next will be the processors like Neteller, Firepay, etc..

If you promote gambling or sportsbooks will I cannot say that you will not have any legal problems, however the overwhelming odds are in your favor - unless you build the next Yahoo, Sporting News, MySpace - or other mega network. In such case - I'm sure that you can make a lot more from that part of the venture than from any affiliate profits.

I have already talked with a few of you - and I am more than happy to answer any and all of your questions, concerns, and discuss business.

A buddy of mine has been promoting casinos for several years now and does very well for himself as an affiliate. The earnings per customer are just insane with revshare...
