Ok - Great feedback.
Quick response: It's all about $$$$
FYI - here is the article:

Our response and the response of several sportsbooks / gambling affiliate programs that we have talked with.
They will go after the payment solutions first before going after the advertising or affiliate base. Are there exceptions to this? YES - the big advertising fish like Google, Yahoo, Sporting News - etc.. in the end its ALL about money.
There have been non-stop attacks on the payment processors - Visa, Mastercard, etc... Next will be the processors like Neteller, Firepay, etc..
If you promote gambling or sportsbooks will I cannot say that you will not have any legal problems, however the overwhelming odds are in your favor - unless you build the next Yahoo, Sporting News, MySpace - or other mega network. In such case - I'm sure that you can make a lot more from that part of the venture than from any affiliate profits.
I have already talked with a few of you - and I am more than happy to answer any and all of your questions, concerns, and discuss business.
