Annoying eh the spam bots. But what you need to do is install an image verification plugin.

Delete the file wp-comments.php and wp-commentspopup.php (if you have it)

In Options, check the box about people being allowed to comment.

Just set it up so that the moderator has to approve all comments.

Right, you need to check that. That way only registered members can leave a comment...then go in and make it so no one can register. That way no registered members = no comments.

Just edit the wordpress template and delete everything that's related to making the comments...
