Is 10% webmaster referral before or after the cut?
on a $30 CCBill 50% revshare site will a 10% webmaster referral on one sale be $3 or $1.50 ?

Your referral is 10% of whatever the webmaster you referred makes -- so on a $30 sale, selling webmaster at 50% makes $15, and you make $1.50
