I need to have more patience
Anyone have any suggestions or words of wisdom for this type of problem?
Any input from someone who's had success increasing patience/tolerance would be appreciated Thanks

I would suggest thinking of something else other than the problem or the person bothering you. A lot of times I just take a deep breath and count to 8 before answering (I tried counting to 10 but found 8 is better for me lol)

Yeah, the whole "things could always be worse" doesn't really do it for me tbh, as that doesn't really produce results or solve anything, knowhatimean?
