Hang on a min - no stopping threads until I have the full story.

So AWE only pay for 14 days worth of rebills?

Can someone confirm if this is correct or not?

If that someone is from AWE then all the better..........

If PussyCash want to come in here as well then you are more than welcome.

Also any other cam sponsors want to clarify thier policies.

Lets have some DEFINITIVE answers here rather than some wild speculation.

Nobody wants to give a clear no bullshit answer?

It really is to your advantage - we are more than happy to make the answers up as we go along on here - as you have seen.

yes they screw you out of the recurring members you send them after 14 days, its not true revshare.

careful though, the mods here dont like people talking about the shady practices of their advertisers and just might ban you.

Thats why Im asking for clear no nonsense answers.

When it turns into 8 pages of slander and other legal nightmares I can understand the thread being closed.

I know its alien to GFY but a few facts here would be good for all of us. After all thats why we come to GFY right? The trick is to seperate the fact from the fiction - the fat from the cream.

As far as banning is concerned - why not - I havnt made a career out of my nic.

Yes they only pay for 14 days of rebills or less. It is cookie based. They were not clear if the surfer clears his cookies. The assumption is that your revshare would stop at that point.

Can this be verified by AWE?

Its a simple question - and Im asking all cam providers - what is YOUR policy?

to cut to the chase , yes its 14 days , confirmed by awe on their own forum and reposted here numerous times ..

They plan on upgrading the tracking method , so it will be a moot point , you can either try them yourself now and see how it goes or wait for an admittedly better tracking system.

Here's the thread. https://gfy.com/fucking-around-and-business-discussion/594765-awempire-enlighten-please.html .

It was clearly stated by AWE (Viktor) that rebills for AWE reoccur for only 14 days and he does not feel that webmasters should receive lifetime reoccuring sales for revshare. I think that's AWE's only response to the thread so it should be easy to find.

You should start a thread asking all cam providers their cookie policies. That would be informative.

PS. I am pretty sure this will be locked shortly.

And the other cam sponsors?

That was a good answer from Smokey - what are the chances of anyone else being honest?

good luck getting anyone else to be honest , they will claim people said things they didnt say , make up stats out of thin air and argue endlessly about trivial facts.

fact is my average member is 50+ with the tracking method they use now..

If you know of a reputable cam sponsor who can make me more , i'm all ears.. and i suggest everyone to use who pays them most for their traffic, not how many trolls bash them.. or how much their competition hates them .

Why bother... They've made it clear they have no respect for their affiliates and are only interested in lining their own pockets with as much money as they can from the traffic affiliates send. They don't view the WMs as "partners" in their business, just as a good source of traffic they can milk.

Do you know this for a fact or is it just speculation?

I like their cam program but I don't like the fact I don't get rev share for the lifetime of the customer.

I have promos that I rotate constantly. I hardly ever put all my eggs into one basket. I pay for advestisement like on Chokers, SpotBrokers, SubmitPasses, Ah-Me, WorldSex, AL4A... I make generic cam galleries that I pump traffic thru. I have my own script that links to my sponsors. In that script, I can switch out links to promote other cam sponsors or as I wish.

i didnt hear "they" said anything of the sort.. i heard one person stick his foot in his mouth by sharing his personal feelings about an issue that has been reposted and misconstrued. so if you want to trust trolls with your pocketbook , feel free , if you want to make money , signup with awe

I know this for a fact..

i dont put all my eggs in one basket either and awe isnt my only cam sponsor.

I dont like the fact i dont get lifetime revshare either , but lets be realistic, if they gave you lifetime revshare would they make less money or more money ?? so if they are making LESS money they will have LESS money for all the other things that go into the site ( hosting , designs , camgirls, managers, )

If you pay less for hosting , your gonna get lower quality and less signups , if you pay camgirls less they wont work as hard , if you pay desginers less they wont make good designs.. so by paying you more , someone else is making less, and that will affect the bottom line - $$$

The statement was made by a representitive of the company in a thread discussing the companies policies. Also, since it's the people that work in the company that set the policies based on their own "feelings" and "opinions" on things, then those same feelings and opinions give you a good indication of how the company as a whole looks at things. If his statements were completely out of line, then he should be fired for misrepresenting his company and damaging their reputation.

puhleeze i dont even work for awe , nothing to gain by standing up for them , other than the "common sense factor"..

I promote shit i like period.. i put this sig in ,

if i just promoted random shit that paid me most then what i said would have no credibility. thus you wouldnt even be listening to my opinion

You can let your judgements be clouded by trolls or you can look at the big picture and say .. hmm this smokey guy makes free programs for people , seo advice , helps people on icq etc etc and as soon as he stand up for a company thats in his sig , he suddenly must be a sig whore and paid to say what he says..

Do you think awe likes me saying that they screwed up by not posting those details clearly in their tos ? my icq logs tell me they dont.. but you know what i dont care , i'm not here to be nice , im here to be realistic

I have yet to find the numerous times you keep referring in the past that AWE has discussed their 14 day cookie policy on gfy.

Lets not take this where the other thread went, its all been discussed in detail. Yes AWE has revshare for only 14 days, if you use their cobrand option then you most likely will solve the problem as your customers will continue to return via your linking code. AWE wasn't too thrilled having the last thread stay on the first page for three days and I'm sure they'll have Eric close this one if it goes on too long.

Oh please.. you're reading into it what you want to... when all else fails, attempt to discredit the person.. very childish of you with the "liar liar" crap"... I said that what was said leaves one with the feeling that they don't care about the affiliates and don't view them as partners.... which.. has been agreed upon by most WMs.. except you of course... I did not say they said that.. You then refered to what they actually said... I then said "his statement" was that of an representitive of the company etc... my saying "his statement' was not in reference to what I said, but in reference to what you said.. grow up... The only person making up shit here is you... You're like a rabid bull on this issue.

bottom line here is you can believe the haters for whatever their agenda is ,

or

you can believe me because i haven't steered you wrong , have been open and honest and tried to answer every question posed fairly and from both perspectives, openly admitted when a company in my sig has done wrong , given people help tips and hints with no ask for compensation, answered andless icq'a about companies i dont work for..

or you can believe i have done all of the above things , and suddenly start lying just for a paycheck that im telling you doesn't exist.

Does that make any sense at all ? i would be helpfull and honest for years and then just flip flop for a quick buck ? i'm telling you now , no .. it doesnt and im not..

I tried awe because they had a smooth interface and a well established product and having little experience with REVSHARE cam sponsors , i was quite suprised at how good things were, so i put them in my sig.. because i like to share good things, i always have..

"it is just not right in my opinion that you get rebills for years after you've pulled the links"
- Viktor, AWE

What AWE has done is invent a new payment style. We had PPS and lifetime revshare, now we've got "short term revshare."

tempest , no offense , i dont hate you for it , you made a mistake , and i will point it out.. , dont make shit up i wont call you on it
LOL.. ok.. except that the last post was in response to your post where you actually talked about what they said and tried to dimish it by saying he stuck his foot in his mouth etc. etc. etc.... My response was to point out that what he says reflects on the company and that depending on his position in the company may actually effect policy. I didn't make shit up... I said that the statement leaves the impression that they don't care about affiliates as partners in their business. If you don't believe it leaves that impression then that's your opinion and I have mine.. but no where did I state that they actually said that, which would then be a lie. i.e. I did not "present false information"..

I suppose that the "They don't view WM's as partners" part could be viewed as a lie IF you think that setting a cookie for 14 days and not sharing any revenue after that is what a partnership is about... And if you don't look at the entire statement I made as a whole of my opinion and want to disect it... So if that's what you believe, then I'm sorry for "lieing" to you and I was in the wrong..... LOL

Course... you realize you better watch everything you say from now on.. ;)

now you got it i dont know what you want to call it but my average member is 50$+ so thats better than what i was getting with pps and seems to be doing better than other revshare cam program that have "lifetime revshare" that im trying in similar spots ( although granted isnt the exact same )

I dont think they should call it revshare as it stands ( its confusing , its the first question i asked when i saw the program ) but its a moot point once they upgrade the tracking to not rely on cookies to track rebills it wont matter

see that alot more fair than stating "your opinion " then falsely claiming that an awe rep said it. knowing people would interpret what you said as fact when it was merely a skewed representation of what was said based on your opinion . dont you think. ?

Not really.. most intelligent people would have taken my overly inflamatory remarks as my opinion, especially since the first sentence was purely opinion... "factual" statements are usually made in a more reasonable tone.. LOL.. You're killing me man... LOL.. Here.. let me reword it slightly.....

Why bother... They've made it clear they have no respect for their affiliates and are only interested in lining their own pockets with as much money as they can from the traffic affiliates send. They don't appear to view the WMs as "partners" in their business, just as a good source of traffic they can milk.

Here.. I added something to this one for ya...

The statement by Viktor about not thinking it was right to pay out to revshare affiliate for years was made by a representitive of the company in a thread discussing the companies policies. Also, since it's the people that work in the company that set the policies based on their own "feelings" and "opinions" on things, then those same feelings and opinions give you a good indication of how the company as a whole looks at things. If his statements were completely out of line, then he should be fired for misrepresenting his company and damaging their reputation.

ps... why the hell do you keep posting and thus keep giving this continuous exposure?

Well, I was thinking and it is not that simple.

AWE has a lot of bills.

Hmmm who do you take care of...???

Fill in the blank.
