It was clearly stated by AWE (Viktor) that rebills for AWE reoccur for only 14 days and he does not feel that webmasters should receive lifetime reoccuring sales for revshare. I think that's AWE's only response to the thread so it should be easy to find.
You should start a thread asking all cam providers their cookie policies. That would be informative.
