Hi ppl!
I hate it - I simply hate it!  More and more wannabes are copying my work and selling it to make a few bucks! http://www.systemswaps.20fr.com This site is selling some of the chapters from my ebook! Can anyone help me to find out who the owner is..... dont know if you can do a traceroute on it or if its somekind of freehost. I have contacted paypall + the man himself BUT man this sux azz! Im going postal here so if anyone can help me out getting info on this guy please do so - I'll take his site down BUT thats not enough this time......... Im thinking more like bikers  or having my laywer work for her paycheck.... BUT i need that prickz name etc.!I feel with paysite owners dealing with shit like this weekly...... This is actually second time within a month this happens but the other kid leaved his personal details so that was a peace of cake getting closed! Thanx in advance for anyhelp! Vegas

how bout you do this.. e-mail him (using another address) and tell him you dont have paypal but you're interseted in buying something. perhaps he'll give you a mailing address and a name to write a check to.

he is bulk selling copyrighted work for a buck! This has to be a stupid kid - no one can be that dumb in real life. Actually im working on a book to be sold in bookstores (market in usa for these books are very big) and I take it very serious when I can't control my work! Im 100% sure I've lost business because of him! Actually he has given my ebook thumbs up to people contacting him (so my customer who told me about him said) What would you do.... the prick tryes to act tuff when I give him 24 hours to respond AND aviod legal action.... hell how stupid can one be I ask??? Hmmmm Call not email:
US Customs.. don't know what help if any they could be... Whois the freehost and call them Call Paypal and demand they revoke his business account. (They'd likely freeze any funds he has as well) Email Braveheart as well as the site that provides his bbs for free... Effectively shut him off from his funds as well as parts if not all of his site. He COULD move to a new host, but paypal being gone would screw his charging. Try to talk PayPal into giving you his information if you can't get it another way and call his parents! |

I am having the same problem with some fool who is trying to sell my pictures for 5 bucks. He's using freehosts, geocities, yahoogroups, etc. He's just too stupid to get more than 10 hits a day to his site though so he's not costing me money.
This is what I am going to do. I'm going to pay a private investigator to find out where he lives. Then, through my private investigator, I'm going to have two big Italian lookin muthafuckas go by his house and politely but firmly ask him to stop doing what he is doing. As long as they don't beat him up or kill him, it will be legal. That should scare the shit out of him enough because #1 I found out where he lives and #2 It will look like I'm "connected" by sending the Italian boys over there. My shit will be taken down in no time. And I can do the whole thing for less than $1,000. |
