Hello, i am interested in taking pictures at a public event of one of my models with girls that are attending the event. The girls will be fully clothed, and they will be candid shots. Am i able to put that on a paysite if i have them sign releases?? i wouldnt have their birth certificate or anything for 2257 records.. if they are not "porn" but on a porn site, is that okay? anyone know the laws regarding this?

you dont need model releases or id if in public, especially if no nudity is involved...but i suggest you ask your 1st amendment lawyer ;-)

the lawyer is the first step. But yeah its legal to shoot public content. But use your head, and look to see who is in the back ground.

You can shoot anyone in public that you want..., don't need releases or even their permission, if there is no nudity you don't need proof of age...

Whenever I've shot in public I've made every effort not to get other peoples faces in the pics or vid and to always blur out the faces of everyone who's not getting paid to be in the shoot. Its not illegal to include them, but the content is going onto an adult site, so I imagine some people could get pretty upset about it and maybe even hire a lawyer to get them removed. They would likely loose, but still a headache worth avoiding imo. Unless you're Joe Francis ofcourse

maybe in the US, but don't try that in Europe. in Belgium, The Netherlands,... it's illegal to publish an other person picture without permission.
