Whenever I've shot in public I've made every effort not to get other peoples faces in the pics or vid and to always blur out the faces of everyone who's not getting paid to be in the shoot. Its not illegal to include them, but the content is going onto an adult site, so I imagine some people could get pretty upset about it and maybe even hire a lawyer to get them removed. They would likely loose, but still a headache worth avoiding imo. Unless you're Joe Francis ofcourse
