Every person i send mp3s to say the files infected, or windows deletes it after i send it

It might not be a real mp3 file when you send it, just the virus using that extensition name.

People are often confused, it doesn't always have to be an executable that is infected, it can be any vulnerability in any software. There was an exploit a while back for mpg123, a unix based command line mp3 player. If you encoded your mp3 properly, you could exploit the system.

you may have a virus on your machine.
whenever you send a file it goes along for the ride in an attempt to propagate itself.
you most likely got it from a file a freind sent you.
do a virus scan.

about 3 years ago there was a bug in winamp that could be exploited by using mp3 files...
