Easiest/most convienent is Microsoft Wordpad with Windows... ;)

Perl... however, http://www.editplus.com allows regexp in the search and replace command so you may be able to do it straight thru that.

I have http://url.com/gallery,descript it should be http://url.com/gallery,catagory,descript or http://url.com/gallery or http://url.com/gallery,,descript This is for CT and I have 1000's of galleries that need to be edited
