No, I don't juice. I just have a good 17 years of fairly consistant training under my belt.

The model thing explains a lot. Keep it up then. They are pretty anal about how much you guys weigh most of the time.

im going 3-4 times a week to the GYM for around 1-2 hours...
very lovely place... im working on all my muscles and its just GREAT!
my GYM is like a huge hotel :)

i worked out for the first time in 4 months the other day....after 9 mins of cardio i was having a fat attack LOL

i used to go to the gym 5 times a week, 2 hours per visit and STILL not be tired. goes to show how out of shape i am. :( trying to lose my winter coat before summer time.

I started back 30 days ago :) I go in the morning 30 mins of Cardio then do my weights! I started at 251lbs 5'11 15in bi's 42in w 46.5chest now I'm down to 236lbs,15.5 bi's 38w 47inchest I do the 6 meals a day and use whey and creation and vit/C Back in 1999 I was 250lbs at 11% body fat did the pool thing.. I so do want to go back to that lol The first two weeks hitting the gym I was dead lol but its awesome to watch your body change, I got a before pic's somewhere, so when I get down to 210lbs I want to take a after pic. When I get time I want to blog my experience!!

once i tried spinning but it's a horrible memory to me... I need to start doing some sport again as spring is here and summer is coming and u need to take off your winter clothes :upsidedow

I know the feeling Baba..... the spin class I take is 45-1 hour long and about 8 minutes into it I'm already sweating. It's getting a bit easier everytime I go which is everyday. Lucky that the gym I go to offers spin class 7 days a week.

I'm getting ready to go right now infact... great was to kick start your day.

I have a personal trainer who's been kicking my ass for almost a year, three or four times a week...six weeks on, one week off to prevent the 'overtraining syndrome'...

I'm on a very refined nutritional program, eating seven times a day....maybe every 2 - 2 1/2 hours apart.

I cardio with interval training four or five times a week....

And, kickbox once a week, which I just started....

Phoenix counts as my week off...and what a week off it shall be!

I've been going to the gym regularly for almost a year now, and it's been paying off. You eventually get to a point where your body feels like shit when you dont go :P

I started going to the gym in January, but in early March I changed things up and started doing Bikram yoga (the hot room kind) three times a week. I thought the gym kicked my ass, but yoga is truly tough stuff! LOL

I try to go at least 4 times/week. I've recently started back w/ a personal trainer. But on my own, I do mostly nautilus, some free weights and hip-hop classes.
