Money factor has a filtering role. We want to reward hard working people. Of course you can be lucky and have money without never been in position to work, but this is a more rare case. Church of Scientology is using the money to support non-profitable organizations and is not commercialized.

I see many people working VERY hard regularly and they don't have two pennies to scrape together past their bills.
