Comment regarding Paycom support
I have to say I'm blown away. A few months ago I made a post about having trouble getting support from Paycom. Rand came to the rescue and I was assigned Frank Gannon as my rep. Frank is absolutely unbelievable. He's a superstar. It's amazing how a good support/sales rep can not only help you get things done but drastically improve your confidence in a company.
So to Rand and Frank thanks for the kick ass support!  |

I totally agree... Frank used to be the guy out front and always impressed the hell out of me with his intelligence and genuinely warm personality and demeanour.
I was thrilled to see Frank start working with clients. If there's anywhere we need great support it's at the billing companies! |
