I hate the real estate market!
Was just browsing a few houses outside Bergen, Norway (population 200k) and found a house close to were I grew up:
 Asking price: $350,000  ... just did a search for it and it was sold for $220,000 9 months ago...I hate this market! |

In my experience, no matter what the market is doing, the best advice is always look for a "motivated" vendor/buyer and you cant go wrong
