Ebay has a few different procedures --one to report copyright infringement [this is for anybody to do--kind of a neighborhood watch program] and the second is for the copyright holder to file a compliant, which has to be signed and faxed to eBay.
Tom, you will be happy to know I did BOTH against this asshole.  And even HAPPIER because I never charge for little shit like sending out take down letters.
