i just bid $50 on it with an old ebay account i dont use. im gonna give him shitty feedback when its over and not pay him. i used to do it to people all the time who were bootlegging my shirts.

Ebay has a few different procedures --one to report copyright infringement [this is for anybody to do--kind of a neighborhood watch program] and the second is for the copyright holder to file a compliant, which has to be signed and faxed to eBay.
