Anyone made a chargeback with epassporte?

My card was billed by scammers a few times and EP didn't want to make a chargeback. They were telling me I shall ask the merchant to refund the money. But its clear that they have made it on purpose, so its stupid to think they will refund it. Epassporte is using the "we will not respond and hope you forget it soon" tactics.

Is Epassporte scammer's heaven like western union already?

Anyone made a chargeback there?

The policy is that ePassporte will not get involved with disputes between two card holders. They have to solve it up between themselves. A p2p transaction is like a CASH transaction. "Buyer/Seller be aware".
If it was a virtual card, Electron card or a b2p transaction please contact me.
