Insomnia

I'm ordinarily a short sleeper. Four hours is my optimum sleeping-time. Lately, however, I'm not able to get more than a couple of hours per day. I'm putting it down to excitement over some new business. Anyone else suffer from insomnia?

my regular sleeping hours lasts for 5 hours. nut i dont consider myself an insomniac. 5 hours sleep is enough to keep me awake. anything more or less makes me a little droggy.

No, I'm not an imsomiac but I usually sleep late and at the same wake up early. I don't have any choice, it's a job that I need to do.

Lately I haven't been able to get to sleep till like 7-9am. If I am still up at 8, I say fuck it and get some eggs and bacon Sleeping until 1-2pm in the afternoon isn;t the end of the world. Fuck its coming to end of hybernation season for me though. Once its warm enough to go out and do shit I'll get up by 12pm

as you grow older the need for sleep becomes less and less. when I was in college I used to sleep for 8 to 10 hours but now 5 or 6 hours is fine with me

I get insomnia every 6 months or so and have absolutely no idea why or any good (non-medicinal) ways of getting some sleep. Sorry.

I sleep a regular 7 to 8 hours.... though about once a year I don't sleep well... sometimes not at all, just tossing and turning in bed all night. I don't know why. Something I find is lay down and if you dont fall asleep within an appropriate amount of time for you, get up for a little while and read a book or something until you feel tired again, then try to sleep. Also, don't watch tv in bed.

I guess one thing you can try is lie down and let your eyes relax but don't worry about closing them. Just let your lids slowly shut on their own which hopefully won't be too long since your laying in a dark room bored out of your mind.

I don't have any problem with my sleeping. Those who are having insomia, try to click on this site.
