Whats the cheapest Adult Website I can start with ....?

Submit galleries to TGP's using the sponsors content or setting up a TGP of your own. Those would probably be the cheapest ways to get started.

You can use a freehost if you want to. But it's always nicer to be able to control 100% of your pages...

Free content from sponsors works very well, unless the content itself is over-saturated. And even if it is... look for new places to get listed. There are a ton of them out there.

I'm sure you've read this many times on adult boards and articles but If I had to start all over again I would've taken full advantage of AVS sites.

Go to Free Net Pass, Universal Pass etc and take advantage of their free hosting. Make as many sites as you can. By focusing on making AVS sites you will sharpen your design skills, your upsell salesmanship & content managment much faster than if you ran a TGP and just submitted galleries.

Don't get me wrong, making galleries and submitting them is cool too, as a matter of fact it's a sport I kinda enjoy, but focus on the AVS's. You'll be much happier during the coming summer slowdown with a few hundred AVS feeders going to your own Gold sites or good sponsors than still cranking out a gallery a day in July!
