So, The next step for me is a paysite Any suggestions?

I will be asking other places.

What kind of traffic do you have now?

Edit: What I mean is I think you have some sources other than TGP, freesites, etc. Would that be correct?

Very few people here have your best interests in mind. Send me a message on ICQ, and I'll share some knowledge.

Edit: Actually stepping out of the office right now... just give me a call 415.879.1999.

I am sure we will chat later on. I am always on ICQ.. right now the kid is sleeping and it's 2am heh.

I am a traffic type person. I can get the traffic and I know how to convert it.

Nothing like mailing traffic. Just TGP's Free Sites. working on DRM..but I don't think it's worth it right now

Oh shit. I had both barrels loaded and I was ready to post.

After reading that, I think I'll just agree with you.

A few (maybe redundant) tips off the top of my tired head:

Do extensive homework on which transaction processor to use. Nothin' hurts worse than losing momentum when a processor tanks on ya'.

Always keep a minimum of 4-6 months worth of update content in reserve. More is always better.

Inject some genuine personality into the site - members dig it when the site comes across as personable rather than a sterile corporate feel.

Don't be afraid to try something unusual or different with the occasional update. Experiment when possible. Don't get too formulated or stuck in the same 'ole rut all the time. Shake things up every now and then.

Can you suggest any tangible programs?

We're currently usin' Verotel, but we've only been with them a few months, so its still too soon to really give them a hearty endorsement yet. But so far they've been quite good for us with no probs that come to mind.

Look at the review sites on this page:
http://www.thebestporn.com/resources.html
as well as http://www.thebestporn.com/home.html ... of course.

Take a close look at the paysites which review the best and get the best listings... Now go build something the review sites will love and submit it to them. It's good traffic, and a great way to start...

Verotel definately converts amazing and if everything else checks out I would recommend them. I have no idea how integration with other programs is because we only used it internal.
