Looking for a shared/virtual type hosting account with 3-5 gigs diskspace, 100-200gigs transfer, dedicated ips (the more the better), as well as the usual cpanel type stuff.

Budget is around $50 per month. Spam if you want, but I won't be clicking it. Looking for personal references and owners only, not affiliates. It also has to fit the criteria listed above.
