100 arrest warrants for being nude in public

The first time I was arrested but this time I was lucky enough to get a heads up this morning from a police buddy. I was able to set up a time for them to meet at my house so I could get it otherwise yes they could of took me to jail again. Technically when you are getting a ticket you are under arrest but they don't always take you to the police station. I am sure if the police come tonight to my promotion they will take me to jail because I am doing the same thing I did Sat. night and I feel I am following the laws. Plus, you might even be able to get them on denying your freedom of expression. You could potentially sue the cop for violating your rights in civil court. He won't take kindly to it but it would be great publicity for you.

Ok.. so were you inside a business when this happened? If so, was it a private party? Seems that would be the way to curtail any jack-booted behaviour on the cop's part.

1. Why didn't you sign the ticket
2. The ticket is filled out incorrectly, no eye or hair color which is grounds for dismissal
3. The officer crossed out the date, then re-wrote it, which invalidates the ticket.
