RegisterFly is going to hell

Do NOT use http://registerfly.net for your domains.

- The past week I have been billed five times for the renewal of one (1) domain (it still hasn't renewed).

- Billing support is unreachable, no response for 72 hours now.

- Web management is broken (i.e. you cannot unlock domains manually to transfer domains away anymore).

- Auto-renewal fails, even with correct credit card details AND credited money already added in "funds".

- Renewing manually domains manually will now queue them for transfer where they will sit with no status for days.

And to top it all off, yesterday the login mechanism on the web interface broke so you can no longer access your account AT ALL.

What happens if they tank completely? I cannot access or unlock my domains to transfer them away with their login site and their support is unreachable.

Some time ago 5 of my domains that I had renewed never got renewed so I lost them. Took one week per reply from them since livesupport were closed. Luckily it was not my most important domains.

I found Moniker.com and they helped me with EVERYTHING. Now I have all my domains with them.

I will fuck up everything for registerfly some way some day. Fucking idiots.

I just renewed a domain there and got the notice about them transferring it to their own ICANN accredited registrar instead of using a reseller account. I've read a lot of complaints about this shit. Hope it doesn't fuck up.

They were using some other registrars for some domains.. They started moving them all under their own services so when a renewal fails it's normally because the domain was actually registered under another company. You should get a transfer e-mail when you try to renew those domains.. Once you click the transfer link it will renew the domain.

On the extra charges, I had the same issue and they refunded my account as soon as I e-mailed about it. Did you ever try to contact their support?

Read my post again please. Their billing support is silent (phone, email, tickets). Maybe because of all the complaints? Seems many people have found them charging multiple times for the same service. As for the domains being queued for transfer, I have no problem with that if only the transfer mails were actually being sent out. Instead the domains are now stuck in a loop, unable to be transferred away and unable to renew. At least their login site came back up this morning. Oh, and I am glad you are not having the same troubles as the rest of us.

they are the worse fucking register on the planet, if you're using them it is suicide.

this is also from personal expierience, if you search on the board you will find 95% unhappy customers, also search on google for them, many forums will have posts upon posts of bad service.

they fucked me for over $350-$600 (i cant remember exactly it was around a year ago) i made a thread about it though.

i would like to meet anyone on the board who is with their crew, i would like to break your legs so please post here.
